Who I AmI build with purpose and lead with impact.
I'm a Senior Manager and Delivery Lead at PwC, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional with extensive hands-on AWS experience and years of overall relevant IT experience in application development and project management — currently playing the Delivery Lead / Technical Lead / Architect role for a growing team of developers, having delivered multiple projects.
My core expertise spans payments and issuer processing, microservices (Spring Boot, gRPC), and event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS/SNS, Pub/Sub) — with a special focus on AWS, where I architect serverless, event-driven workflows using Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora and EventBridge, including asynchronous processing pipelines with externalized business rules and distributed locking, backed by infrastructure-as-code via CloudFormation and CDK. I also work across ECS for containerized workloads, Kinesis for streaming data, and Athena for ad-hoc analytics, alongside additional experience on Azure and GCP and deep, hands-on work across core banking platforms including Backbase, Finxact, Thought Machine Vault Core and Technisys.
Beyond architecture, I've personally developed and deployed multiple production applications for clients on AWS — taking them from design through to live operation rather than handing off after the blueprint stage. That's meant standing up compute on Lambda and ECS, wiring event-driven integrations through SQS, SNS and EventBridge, persisting data across DynamoDB and Aurora, streaming and querying it with Kinesis and Athena, and provisioning it all as infrastructure-as-code with CloudFormation and CDK — with a close eye on production concerns like cost, resilience and observability throughout.
On the applied AI side, I architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI systems on AWS Bedrock — including AgentCore, Knowledge Bases and Guardrails — apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning to shape LLM behavior, and evaluate and cost-optimize LLM-powered features for production use. I also lead engineering teams through the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows and autonomous AI agents.

Event-Driven Microservices at Scale
Designed and delivered Spring Boot microservices across payment gateways, banking servicing portals, ML-powered sales platforms and pricing engines — event-driven via Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS and Azure Service Bus, fronted by gRPC and REST APIs through Apigee and AWS API Gateway, and run in production on Kubernetes and OpenShift with service mesh and observability built in from day one.
Data & AI Foundations
Started with classical ML — Python/TensorFlow pipelines, NLP-based data mapping tools, and object detection models for financial-services document processing — before going deep on Generative AI on AWS: foundation models via Amazon Bedrock (Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, Cohere, Amazon Nova), agentic systems with Bedrock Agents, LangChain, LangGraph and MCP, RAG pipelines on Bedrock Knowledge Bases, pgvector and OpenSearch, and AI-assisted development with Amazon Q Developer, including large-scale legacy Java modernization.
